Getting started

Lost your authenticator? Use backup codes if you saved them, or follow the official 2FA reset process in the Help Center. Uphold® will require identity verification for security.
Can't verify Uphold® wallet / Uphold® error decline
Verification failures often stem from mismatched ID data, poor photo quality, or expired documents. Upload clear documents and follow the KYC prompts. Transaction declines may be due to insufficient funds, AML checks or unverified status — complete verification and retry.
